Cisco?s Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLP) is a multi-year accelerated development program designed to develop future HR leaders that are closely linked with the business strategy, and can help drive business results. The program consists of multiple assignments in various areas of HR designed to develop and enhance business acumen as well as Cisco business and HR knowledge. Program insertion point and future assignments will be based on candidate areas of interest and development needs.

Full-time professionals in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLP) will work in a dynamic, global, cross-functional environment. They will have multiple opportunities to champion projects that will add significant value to the business.

The HRLP full-time program provides an environment in which the participants will gain:

Experience: HRLP participants will rotate through several HR roles determined by their area of interest and current business needs. Participants will also have opportunities to drive several team-based projects and complete individual stretch assignments.

Exposure: Located at the Cisco East headquarters in Bangalore, India, participants will collaborate and interact with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other HRLP professionals.

Education: In addition to core projects, participants will increase their skill level and business acumen by engaging in professional development workshops, function specific training, and business seminars led by world-class subject matter experts.

Desired candidates will have:

? MBA or Masters degree with a concentration in HR

? Minimum of two years relevant work experience between completion of a Bachelors program and completion of a Masters program

? Excellent academic credentials with proven comprehension of business fundamentals

? Proven leadership skills, ability to drive change, and a strategic understanding of HR competencies

? Ability to articulate how HR can improve business effectiveness through partnering with various stakeholders

? Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources

? Willingness to relocate to Cisco East headquarters in Bangalore, India.
